Permanex Ltd. was formed in 1989 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cox Family Group of Companies with Third generation CEO Tim Cox taking the helm. The plumbing division was formed to cater to an ever increasing request from existing clients to provide a wider range of trade services with the same level of expertise and follow up service that they had come to expect when dealing with Permanex.
